What We Expect From You

We are excited to work with you.  We ask that you be respectful to our staff, respond promptly to our calls and requests for information, be truthful, and be on time to appointments.

Our Fee Agreement

There is no fine-print.  Our pricing is simple.  Most services we offer are on an hourly basis.  As a Rewards Card holder, you are entitled to a 25% discount on the applicable hourly rate.

Other terms

You must be a current member or employee of the union or business where you received the card.  You must present your card to receive a discount.  We run conflict checks for each new legal matter to ensure that we are able to assist you without reservation or limitation.  We reserve the right to decline representation if there is a conflict or for any other reason.
